Build Your Group
Practice With Confidence.

Growing a group practice is exciting—but it can also come with challenges you were never taught how to navigate in therapy school. Hiring clinicians, managing a team, creating systems, and making decisions about growth can quickly feel overwhelming.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Through coaching, you can gain the guidance, perspective, and practical support you need to move your practice forward with confidence.

My Story

I’ve been building and developing my private practice since 2013. What started with one clinician practicing just a few hours a week has grown into a team of 15 clinicians supporting clients through trauma, depression, and other mental health challenges.

Building a group practice has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career, but it hasn’t always been easy. Along the way, I’ve navigated the challenges that come with growing a practice, managing a team, developing systems, and making the many decisions that come with being a practice owner.

I’ve learned from the successes, the challenges, and the mistakes—and I know how valuable it would have been to have someone with real-world experience to turn to along the way.

That experience is what led me to coaching.

I want to help other mental health professionals build and grow their practices without feeling like they have to learn everything through trial and error.

Coaching for Mental Health Practice Owners

Running a group practice is about more than adding clinicians to your team. As your practice grows, the way you operate has to grow with it.

Coaching gives you a dedicated space to step back from the day-to-day, talk through the challenges you’re facing, and create a plan for where you want to go next.

Whether you’re just beginning to consider a group practice or you’re already managing a growing team, coaching can provide the guidance and accountability to help you make thoughtful decisions and move forward with greater clarity.
